Terms of Service

In plain terms: you own your images, we provide the tool, the names are suggestions you should check, and you can cancel whenever you like. This box is a summary, not the agreement. The sections below are.

1. Who we are

Resiqo ("we", "us") provides a web application that helps people rename, resize and optimise their images, available at this website (the "Service"). These terms form a binding agreement between you and [YOUR REGISTERED NAME OR TRADING NAME].

2. Your account

You need an account to use the naming features. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in details secure. You must be able to enter a binding contract to use the Service.

3. The Service

Resizing and format conversion run in your browser. Filename suggestions are generated for you and are exactly that: suggestions. Automatically generated names can be wrong, so check them before you rely on them.

4. Plans, billing and cancellation

The free plan includes a monthly allowance of names that resets each month. The Pro plan is a monthly subscription sold and billed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record for that sale. Lemon Squeezy handles payment, invoicing and any sales tax or VAT due, and their terms apply to the transaction itself. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal. Your Pro access then runs to the end of the period you have already paid for and does not renew after that. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are not refundable.

5. Your content

You own your images and the filenames you export. You grant us only the limited rights needed to run the Service for you. We claim no ownership of your content and we do not use your images to train AI models.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service for content that is unlawful or that you do not have the rights to. Do not try to get around the plan limits, probe the Service or disrupt it, and do not resell access without our written agreement.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service running but provide it "as is", without warranties, and we may change features over time. We will take reasonable steps to let you know about significant changes.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or knock-on losses, or for losses that come from an inaccurate suggested name.

9. Ending your use

You can stop using the Service or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.

10. Governing law

This site is created, maintained and controlled in the Republic of South Africa. The laws of the Republic of South Africa, and the jurisdiction of the South African courts, govern these terms and your use of, or inability to use, this site.
