Account data: your email address and sign-in identity. Usage data:a monthly count of how many images you have named, so we can apply your plan's allowance. Billing data: handled by Lemon Squeezy. We store an identifier for your subscription, never your card number.
Resizing, conversion and zip export happen in your browser, and those images are never uploaded. To suggest a filename, a reduced copy of the image is processed to generate the name and is not kept afterwards. Your images are never used to train AI models.
In your browser, Resiqo reads details already saved with an image. If an image carries location coordinates, those coordinates alone (never the image) are used to look up a place name. Copies you export have this hidden data removed.
We rely on a small set of providers to run the Service: a sign-in and database provider, a payments provider (Lemon Squeezy), a service that turns coordinates into a place name, a third-party AI provider that generates the filename suggestions, and our hosting provider. Each receives only what it needs to do its job.
We use cookies to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
We keep your account and usage records for as long as your account exists. Delete your account and they go with it. To ask us to delete your data, email support@resiqo.app.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to see, correct, export or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email us and we will sort it out.
If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we will note it here and update the date above. See also our Terms of Service.
